Vinyl Plastisol

Plastisol: a pvc (polyvinyl chloride) material, which once cured, cannot be made liquid again. Once the heated steel frame is dipped in the liquid Plastisol resin and baked at 400 ℉, it cannot be melted or removed from the steel. A coating which has a softer feel, is approximately 1/8″ thick, has UV stabilizers, is anti-fungal, can be used for outdoor and indoor applications, and has a high gloss shine.

Plastisol coating does not perpetuate flames - if the flame stops, the coating will not continue to burn. The sturdy tubing and premium steel used is cleaned and prepped prior to the coating process which ensures that a strong bond between the plastisol and the metal is formed. The metal is primes and pre-heated at a high temperature and the completely submerged into liquid plastisol giving the metal a thick, approximately 1/8‶ coating. After the dipping process, The fully enveloped product is oven cured to ensure that the plastisol has a strong adhesion to the metal.
